Cant Upload
 

Hey, i wanted to upload my third video but after step one typing in my informations and clicking on step 2 i will get directly to a page which looks like i already uploaded my video but of course nothing will show "no stream available" because i couldnt add anything. Whats wrong ? As i said after step 1 there is nothing. cannot add youtube link, cannot upload the movie..
